Seriously. Look at it. That running list of things that you need to "Do".
Would you like to eliminate the crap?
Here are three steps to eliminate at least half, if not more, of your Do Do list. Have your Ultimate Vision for your business in mind and review your tasks.

1. Does this contribute to the vision and our current targets?
If you get a "No", then cross it off the list. This knocks out anything that doesn't serve your goals and makes maintaining focus easier. It keeps your eyes on the prize.
2. Does this require my attention or someone else's?
This is not about passing off tedious chores onto other people. If you get that something does not require your attention chances are some one else can deal with it more effectively than you. And that person may actually enjoy the task.
3. Do I enjoy this?
If this answer is "No", and it got a "Yes" for questions 1 and 2, ask this:
"What would make this easy for me?"
The crucial component of this exercise is a clear Ultimate Vision. It's a great tool to eliminate waste. Just like your body. If something isn't serving a purpose, it gets cleared out.
This may sound a little woo woo but it's better than do do, right?
Having an Ultimate Vision is the first step in Leading with Ease. That's when your team is motivated to make millions while you go on vacation.
